Talunga Park is a picturesque recreation ground with caravan park and facilities available for hire. Situated centrally, it is ideal travelling to Gawler, the Barossa, Mannum, Murray Bridge and Adelaide, making this the spot to use for a base from which to enjoy day-trips.The caravan park has powered and unpowered sites, suitable for campers and caravans, including large mobile accommodation.
- The National Motor Museum and Big Rockinghorse are on the doorstep, as well as wineries and beautiful rural scenes, including the best in stone walls.
- Currently there is much needed work being carried out to delineate the Caravan Park - Talunga Park Caravan Park is well situated, but if it was known as Mount Pleasant Caravan Park it would make it easier to find, for those searching for a central area from which to travel the Barossa, Adelaide Hills and Murraylands.
The children's playground is popular with all...
Talunga Park Committee is now an Advisory Committee and will be responsible to the newly formed Mount Pleasant Progress Association Inc. (known as Mount Pleasant Inc.)
