Our town is central to many tourist regions...
Mount Pleasant is situated 55 kms north-east of Adelaide, a part of The Barossa Council area. The town is a 'link' to the Barossa, with gum-studded hills amongst the cropping and grazing areas, with stone walls, expansive landscape views, wineries and cellar door sales just minutes away. The Barossa is home to a developing arts culture, with museums and contemporary work at art stores and galleries. As one of the prominent wine regions of Australia there is much on offer to tempt the discerning traveller.
